COVID-19 UPDATE:

We want to thank you in advance for putting your trust in Shoreline as you plan for future travels. We will be monitoring all recommendations from all governmental agencies especially those published by the CDC and federal & local authorities to promote a safe environment. We realize these are uncertain times and we want you to know that we are doing our best to keep all of our guests and staff safe. Here are a few ways we are prioritizing your safety.

Social Distancing is the key! Please stay 6 ft. apart from others. All staff members are required to wear face masks at all times. We are enforcing these policies for the safety of our guests and staff. 

Front Desk

  • In the main office we will have a designated entrance and exit door which will help manage the flow during the check-in process.
  • Continental breakfast will be eliminated moving forward.
  • Coffee will be provided in all guest rooms.

 Housekeeping

  • Guests will be accommodated with a touch-less service.
    • We will not be servicing your room daily.
    • We will be providing all in room essentials.
  • For stays over three nights, we will be servicing the room at an appointed time.
    • During cleaning guest are asked to not be in the room.
    • All staff members entering guest rooms will be required to wear a mask and gloves.
  • We will be taking extra time to clean each guest room after checkout.
    • Some of the products we will be using are:
      • Steriphene – Commercial Grade Disinfectant
      • NACB (Non-Acidic Disinfectant Cleaner)
      • Diffense – Bleach Based Disinfectant
  • A staff member will be dedicated to sanitizing all common area surfaces.

Pool / Patio 

  • The tables and chairs are placed to abide by the 6 foot social distancing guidelines.
  • Please limit time in the pool to allow for all guests to enjoy the resort.
