King Studio - Gulf Front (KEF4)
“F” Units
After a day at the beach or a refreshing swim in our large heated pool, this King Studio offers a comfortable bed, and 2 lounge chairs or recliners. Amenities include TV with DVD player, hair dryer, iron, clock radio, and a fully-appointed kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and dining table. Relax on your own private screened-in balcony, and enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf.

Queen Studio - Gulf Front (QEF4)
“F” Units Queen
After a day at the beach or a refreshing swim in our large heated pool, this 2-Queen Studio offers comfortable beds, plus 2 lounge chairs or recliners. Amenities include TV with DVD player, hair dryer, iron and clock radio, and a fully-appointed kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and dining table. Relax on your own private screened-in balcony and enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf.

“C” Unit
The King Studio offers a wonderful view of our garden patio. Some units have limited views of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include TV with DVD player, hair dryer, iron and clock radio, and a fully-appointed kitchen with microwave and coffee maker.

Spacious King Studio (KEI5)
“I” Unit
Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, these units offer a large spacious guest room (500 sq. ft.) with one king-sized bed. Enjoy 2 La-Z-Boy recliners, large dining table, full kitchen and your own private screened-in balcony. Each I unit has a full refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. Each room has a DVD player, clock radio, iron, hair dryer and coffee maker.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, these units offer especially large, roomy accommodations (500 sq. ft.) with 2 queen-sized beds. Enjoy 2 La-Z-Boy recliners, large open kitchen with dining table, and your own private screened-in balcony. Each spacious J unit guest room has a DVD player, clock radio, iron, hair dryer and fully-equipped kitchen including coffee maker.

With the convenience of drive-up parking and a second entrance poolside, you are just steps away from the pool and beach. The open balcony or patio offers fabulous views of the Gulf.

With the convenience of drive-up parking and a second entrance poolside you are steps away from the pool and beach. The open balcony or patio offers fabulous sunsets and views of the Gulf.

If you’re looking for a comfortable suite and are not concerned about the view, these one-bedroom suites offer an inexpensive alternative to our Gulf front suites. Each has all the amenities of our other suites with a full kitchen, separate living room and bedroom.

Penthouse (KS45)

Our three-bedroom penthouse, occupying the entire 6th floor, has two bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with two queen-sized beds. Relax in the spacious living room and take in the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico through a wall of windows. The large eat-in kitchen is fully appointed. This suite sleeps up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own private Gulf front balcony with wonderful views of the beach.
