Hotel Rates
Hotel rates vary from room type and seasons. Please call the hotel
directly to ask about the best possible rate for your desired room type
and dates you will be traveling. If you want a specific room type,
you will need to reserve your accommodations as soon as you can. This will
assure that you have the best chance to get your desired type and
location.
Returning guests have first choice for a particular room type and
location. We allow these guests two (2) months after departure to reserve
their specific room for the following year. After that time rooms become
available for anyone wanting that room and time period.
Please note that only guests that have reserved 28 or more days will be
allowed to select a room number. All others will be guaranteed a room
type only.
You will need a credit card to guarantee your room.
Your guarantee deposit is equal to one night room rate and tax.
* Rates are subject to 12% tax.

selection, you’ll be delighted with our spacious accommodations. All
room types offer microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and DVD
player.
Deluxe Guest Rooms
These superior rooms have one king bed, microwave, refrigerator,
coffee maker and DVD player. All rooms have an exquisite view of our
lush tropical gardens. Some offer Gulf views as well.
Gulf-View Efficiency
One king bed located in Building 2; these efficiencies have garden
and Gulf views. Seating at the window and a full kitchen which is fully
appointed.
Deluxe Efficiencies
Our newly remodeled luxurious Gulf-front efficiencies located in
Building 4 have private screened-in balconies, 2 club chairs, dining table with 2 chairs, full size refrigerator and range
with oven.
Select 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. All units are smoke free.
Large Superior Efficiencies
Building 5 offers these large superior efficiencies with 2 La-Z-Boy
recliners, eat-in kitchen and separate seating area. Choose either 2
queen beds or 1 king bed. All units are smoke free.
Apartments
One and two bedroom apartments feature well-equipped eat-in kitchens
plus living area. They offer private screened balconies or patios,
and have
a lounge chair and seating chairs for your outdoor enjoyment.
Penthouse
The penthouse is a three bedroom (two 1 king bed and one 2 queen
beds) - two bath - spectacular view - large kitchen that seats 8 -
private entrance.
